In this 1.5 hour workshop you will be introduced to the basics of how to work with clay and how to throw on the pottery wheel!

We begin this workshop with a full demonstration then go step by step through the throwing process with the class. We do our best to ensure each student creates a piece and aid in the creation steps when needed! Once you are done you will pick a glaze colour to have your piece finished with! We trim and fire your pots which will be ready for pick up 4-5 weeks later.

Masks are mandatory during these class times.

Please note we are an 18+ studio.

All tools and materials are provided, just wear clothes you’re okay getting messy in (don’t worry, clay washes out) and a hair tie for longer hair. We recommend keeping your nails trimmed short. Classes can be anywhere between 60-90 minutes long.
